Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected].

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the activity will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity.
  Silas Trekking reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

Changes to Itinerary
While we strive to deliver the full advertised experience, we reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, or group needs. Changes will be made with safety and overall experience in mind.

Conduct and Behavior
We expect all participants to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, guides, wildlife, and the environment. We reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior disrupts the group experience or poses a safety risk.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Silas Trekking website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Silas Trekking and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
